I'm Spencer. I help Charlotte get found.

Born and raised in Charlotte, a people person to my core, and I help businesses here get found online. That's the whole pitch, and I mean it warmly.

I've loved this city and the people in it for as long as I can remember. I also grew up going to the theater, and there's a feeling in a full house that I've chased ever since. It took me a while to put my finger on it, but I think it comes down to something pretty simple: the more people you get in the room, the more joy there is to go around. That's really why I ended up in marketing. I like spreading the word about good products and good people, and helping the right person find something they'll be glad they found.

So when I take on a business, that's how I see my job. You've built something good. My part is making sure the people who'd love it can actually find you, whether they're searching Google, pulling up Maps, or asking an AI tool who to trust.

To be honest, this is the part I care about most. Getting found online isn't optional anymore, and it's quietly turned into a contest of resources. Big companies keep whole teams on it. Most small businesses have no one, so they lose ground they never should have, and the bigger chains end up with customers they didn't really earn. That's never sat right with me. I'd much rather help a good local business hold its own, and I can do that work at a price that's built for a small business.

You'll probably notice that I explain things, maybe more than I need to. I can't really help it. I'd rather you understand why something matters than just take my word for it, and if something isn't worth your money, I'll tell you that before you spend it.
