I was born and raised in Charlotte, and I help businesses here get found online. That's the whole pitch.

Lately the most interesting part of the job is AI search. People are asking ChatGPT and Google's AI for recommendations, and those answers are decided by signals most business owners have never heard of. Charlotte businesses are almost entirely invisible there right now. I find that equal parts alarming and exciting, because it's fixable, and very few people are working on fixing it.
